By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to comply with the following terms, conditions, and promotional guidelines.

General Guidelines

Affiliates may promote our products through approved marketing channels including websites, email marketing, social media, native advertising, influencer marketing, and other lawful advertising methods.

All promotional activity must be truthful, compliant, and must accurately represent our products.

Product Representation

Affiliates may not market products as:

Financial products
Legal tender
Bank-backed products
Cryptocurrency products
Guaranteed value assets
Redeemable items
Wealth-building opportunities

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from making any false or misleading claims regarding future value, financial returns, investment potential, or monetary redemption.

Affiliates may NOT use language including but not limited to:

“Official Trump currency”
“Preloaded with value”
“Legal tender”

“Bank approved”

Any misleading financial or investment-related representation is strictly prohibited.

Trump & Public Figure References

Affiliates may not falsely imply endorsement, sponsorship, authorization, or official affiliation with Donald J. Trump, The Trump Organization, government agencies, financial institutions, or any public figure or organization.

All references must clearly remain within the context of commentary, parody, patriotic themes, commemorative artwork, or collectible merchandise.

Required Disclosures

Affiliates must clearly disclose that products are novelty collectible items and are not investments or financial products.

Recommended disclosure:

“This product is a novelty collectible item intended for commemorative and entertainment purposes only. It is not legal tender, not an investment, and not affiliated with or endorsed by Donald J. Trump or any official organization.”

Email, SMS & Advertising Compliance

Affiliates are responsible for ensuring all marketing complies with applicable laws and regulations including FTC guidelines, CAN-SPAM, TCPA, consumer protection laws, and advertising platform policies.

Affiliates may not use:

False urgency related to financial systems
Misleading earnings claims
Fake government notices
Deceptive subject lines
Impersonation of public figures
Fraudulent “account activation” or “release” messaging
Trademark Usage

Affiliates may not register domains, social media accounts, or advertising assets that falsely imply official affiliation with any public figure, organization, or trademark owner.

Right To Remove Affiliates

We reserves the right to terminate affiliate accounts, withhold commissions, or remove access to the affiliate program at any time for violations of these terms or for promotional activity deemed misleading, deceptive, or non-compliant.

Limitation of Liability

Affiliates are solely responsible for their own advertising, promotional methods, and compliance with applicable laws.
